1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of huaxiajourney.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They do not override any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
2. Who we are, and who provides your trip
This website is operated by Huaxia Journeys. Written enquiries: our postal address is available on request — email ideonjjl998@gmail.com and we will send it to you.
This is an information and inquiry website. We publish travel information about destinations in China and we handle trip inquiries. We are not a carrier, a hotel, or the operator of your trip, and we do not sell travel packages or take payment on this site.
Travel services are arranged and delivered by an independent travel service provider. We identify that provider to you before you commit to anything, and any contract for travel services is entered into with the provider directly. Because the contract is with the provider, the provider is responsible for holding the licenses and authorizations required where it operates, and for performing the services you book.
3. No offer, and no confirmed booking
Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Itineraries, inclusions and prices shown or described are illustrative until they are confirmed in writing by the travel service provider and subject to availability at the time of booking. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking and does not oblige you to buy anything.
4. Accuracy of the information on this site
We take care over the information we publish, but travel information changes. Opening hours, transport timetables, entry rules, ticket prices, seasonal conditions and accessibility can all change without notice. We provide this information for general guidance and we do not promise it is complete, current or error-free. Please confirm anything that matters to you before you rely on it, and check the details again in your final travel documents.
5. Visas, health and entry requirements
The visa, health and entry information on this site is general information, not advice, and not a substitute for checking with the relevant authority. Requirements depend on your nationality and can change at short notice. Check with the Chinese embassy or consulate that covers your application, and with your own government’s travel advice, before you book or travel. For health questions, including altitude, vaccinations and pre-existing conditions, speak to a qualified medical professional.
6. What happens when you send an inquiry
When you submit the inquiry form, we use the details you give us to prepare a trip proposal and to discuss it with the travel service provider. You choose whether to continue at each step. We will not sign you up to anything, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it, including indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the travel service provider or of any other supplier involved in your trip; responsibility for the travel services themselves sits with the provider named in your travel contract.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not reduce the legal rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
8. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, layout and original images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.
9. Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not control, including social media platforms and official tourism or transport sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Huaxia Journeys is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there where the law allows it.
